There are a bunch of Vertical Training Programs out there on the market today. Some are absolutely amazing and some are complete garbage. As a sports enthusiast who used to have “white boy” syndrome pretty bad (cant jump). I decided i wanted to increase my vertical. I have gone through 3 programs and the first two were garbage and not even worth mentioning, but then one of my teammates noticed how i was training and turned me onto The Jump Manual. Let me say it was quite different from the programs i had tried before. i wanted to give you all a review in case you are in the same shoes i was in a few months ago and i think i will review some other programs on this site for you too just so that you can know what your getting into before you buy. well here is my first Jump Manual Review:
First off the program was created by one Jacob Hiller. He is a professional sports trainer who has coached high school, college, NBA, and Olympic athletes. He has been developing vertical jump techniques for over 10 years and has coached thousands of players and coaches to help them maximize their potential.
This guy knows what he’s doing and he is more than happy to prove it. if you check out the website you can see a ton of testimonials. All of them are 100% verifiable and he even offers to put you in contact with some of them if you need reassurance.

I really liked the fact that Jacob presents his product and his business in an honest light. After going through those other 2 training programs I felt like they all might be worthless, and im glad he proved me wrong. They are part of the BBB and are really a step apart from those other programs I tried. I could tell just by looking at the website.
Well lets dive in and ill tell you more about what you get with the Jump Manual:
The Jump Manual is actually a “vertical jump training software” according to Jacob. Basically all that means is its just a little program you install on your computer which has all the information on it. Its very handy to have it on your computer because it helps keep everything very organized. In the Jump Manual you get:
-Workout charts
-Jump Manual Guide (400pgs)
-Training video library
-Nutrition plan
-One on One coaching
-Weight room alternatives
-Plus more like a training forum, interviews with NBA coaches, shooting coaches and professional athletes.
So that’s what you’ll get with the program, lets talk about where this program succeeds and fails:
Pros
The training manual uses a “multi-faceted” approach to training. The Jump Manual breaks the trainings down into 9 sections which are all focused on specifically to improve your vertical. It is this well rounded training that gets the amazing results. Other programs only focus on a few aspects of jumping and therefore leave some potential out on the table. The Jump Manual gets everything from Form, Diet, Correct Methods, Plyometrics, Resistance Training, Flexibility, and working untapped muscle groups to get you every last inch.
The one on one coaching is a huge advantage. Professional athletes all have a personal trainer that is there to make sure you don’t waste any energy or time on ineffective methods. By having someone there to help you with any questions or to guide you in the right direction can seriously boost your results. You are able to stay more focused and work more efficiently to really get everything out of the program. Best of all it’s a huge savings. Having a personal trainer of this caliber could easily cost you $200 dollars an hour.

Cons
The Jump Manual is not a magic pill. You still have to work out regularly and with the jump manual workouts that’s saying something. They are fairly rigorous and while they don’t take a tremendous amount of time, lets just say, after you finish your first one you’ll understand why your going to be jumping so high. This might be a pro or a con depending on you. Personally as an athlete I have never dreaded working out, especially when you see results that quickly.
That is about the only con I could find with the program. Personally it makes a lot of sense to me, there is outstanding customer satisfaction, you have a no-risk money back guarantee, and for the price I believe it is a tremendous value compared to all the other programs out there.
Just adding to the value I found out that Jacob is adding 2 bonuses to the manual for a short time. These are another interview with a professional shooting coach that trains professional NBA players. He is regarded as one of the best shooters in the world having made 1,234 free throws in a row and also holds the Guinness book of world records for most 3 pointers in one minute. Im sure if you want to increase your shooting percentage he could help. Grab this while you can! I wish I had gotten it.
The second bonus is an interview with a performance psychologist. He goes over how athletes can get into the “zone” and how that can benefit them during play, practice, and training. Also talks about how parents and coaches can help athletes develop better.
