Over the past few months or so i have made drastic changes in my vertical jump. however when i first started out i never would have thought it was possible. i tried two different programs and sunk about 3 months into them, which to my disappointment turned out to be a complete waste of my time. i was disheartened but i didn’t give up. i love basketball and i knew that if i could improve my vertical i would love it even more. i was sure it was possible but i just needed to find the right information.

After being let down by information products i stumbled around on the world wide web for sometime trying to collect all the information that i would need for free from different blogs and forums. however doing this left me exhausted and sadly, pretty empty handed. this is when i stumbled into the jump manual.

It was a breath of fresh air and i applied it for 2 months and had already increased my vertical 9in! after this amazing success i was so relieved that something out there worked. but then it donned on me that other people were probably going though the exact same thing as me.

With my new found hops and my love for jumping and basketball i decided to create this blog. it could be a place where people can come and find all the information they want on how to increase their vertical and not pay a dime. thats right… you can find a ton of useful information on this blog for FREE. or if they wanted they could use my reviews to pick the best jump higher product for them.
